1. Ordering & Artwork

How do I order custom stickers with my design?
Choose your sticker type, size, and quantity, then upload your artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS). We’ll send you a free proof to check before printing.

What if I don’t have a design?
No problem! We offer a wide range of pre-designed Funky Stickers and personalised name labels. Just choose from our catalog and add your custom details (like names or colours) where available.

Can I split a name label pack between two kids?
Some packs allow multiple names—others are one-name only. Check the product description for details.

Do I see a preview before ordering personalised stickers?
Yes—our personalisation tool shows you exactly how your child’s name will look before checkout.

2. Proofs & Approval

Will I get a proof before you print?
For custom uploads, yes—we always send a proof for approval. If we don’t hear back within [X days], we’ll assume you’re happy and proceed.

Do I get a proof for pre-designed or name label packs?
No proof is needed. They’re printed exactly as shown, and if personalisation is included, you’ll see a preview before ordering.

Yes! Many of our materials allow you to write with a marker or pen—perfect for labels, dates, or notes.

4. Application & Care

How do I apply Sticky Name Labels (for hard surfaces)?

  1. Stick to a smooth, clean, dry surface. Avoid textured, greasy, or silicone-based plastics.
  2. Rub firmly, especially edges.
  3. Allow 2–3 days for the adhesive to fully cure.
  4. Place items on the top dishwasher shelf and avoid high-heat “pots & pans” settings.

⚠️ Safety: Always check labels are fully stuck before giving items to young children. Labels may be a choking hazard.

5. Lost & Found QR Stickers

How do QR Code Labels work?
Each QR label is linked to your secure account. If someone finds your item, they scan the code to access your chosen contact details (email/phone). You’ll be notified instantly.

Do finders need an app?
No app required—just a quick scan with any smartphone camera.

Can I update my details later?
Yes—log into your account anytime to update your contact info.

Is there a subscription or extra cost?
No ongoing fees. One-time purchase includes full activation of your labels.

Do QR labels guarantee my item will be returned?
We can’t guarantee it, but they make it much easier for finders to contact you.

What sizes do name labels come in?

Do your packs cover everything kids need for school?
Yes—our value packs include a variety of sizes perfect for bottles, lunchboxes, pencils, books, and more.

7. Durability & Safety

Are FunkyStickables waterproof and dishwasher-safe?
Most of our stickers are waterproof, dishwasher-safe, and scratch-resistant. Name labels and kids’ packs are also microwave-safe and BPA-free.

Are they safe for kids?
Yes—we use non-toxic inks and safe materials. That said, stickers can pose a choking hazard if detached, so always check adhesion before use with small children.

How long do they last?
With normal use, months to years.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes—and internationally too!

How long will it take?
Pre-designed and name label packs ship faster (no proof approval).
Custom uploads take longer due to proofing.
Delivery time depends on your shipping choice, and rush orders are available.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We keep it as low as possible and offer free shipping when possible.

9. Returns & Replacements

What if my stickers arrive damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll replace them at no cost.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Sorry, no. Because our products are custom-made, we can only replace items that are faulty or damaged.

Can I reorder the same design?
Yes—log into your account and hit “Reorder” for instant repeats.

Do you offer bulk orders for schools, events, or businesses?
