At FunkyStickables, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
Custom orders requiring proof approval will only begin processing once you have approved your proof.
In some cases, design preparation or production may take longer (for example, if your artwork needs adjustments, or if there are unexpected production delays).
If this happens, we will contact you via email to let you know and discuss the expected timeframe.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to Australia Post for delivery.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping
We use Australia Post Standard Parcel Post (tracked).
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Express Shipping
We offer Australia Post Express Post (tracked) for faster delivery.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Next business day to most metro areas within the Express Post network.
Regional or remote areas may take longer (usually 2–4 business days).
